Virginia Water Property Prices
The Daily Express reports that Virginia Water has the highest average property price in the UK at £807,346 (with the exception of London).
Trailing behind Virginia Water were towns including Cobham, Beaconsfield, Esher and Richmond. London is literally streets ahead though - fancy living in swanky Kensington Palace Gardens? The average price there is an astonishing £41.4m! |

Charles Church have launched a stunning new concept at their 'Cascades' development in Virginia Water. "Design your own home" is more or less exactly what it says. Resillient Virginia Water
Despite the downbeat nature of property reports in the national press, Virginia Water Agents Barton Wyatt today report their July figures which show business up by 15% from July 2007. With last year being described by many as a boom year, these latest figures show that the market in the Virginia Water area is proving resilient.
Rupert Wyatt commented that "clearly I am delighted with these results, and we are please for our clients who houses have been sold. It goes to show that Barton Wyatt's approach to business is working well". |
